| FULL
TIME STUDY |
|
In
line with our
doctrinal statement, it is important that
prospective students applying for full time courses
meet the following requirements:
- a
dynamic relationship with God
through the work of Jesus Christ;
- involvement
in the fellowship of a local
church on a regular basis for at
least one year, preferably two
years;
- a
strong desire to study the Word of
God with a view to more effective
service (though not necessarily
full time service), and a
willingness to accept the
discipline this study involves;
- HSC
or mature age entry or tertiary
education for the Postgraduate
Diploma and Master of
Divinity;
- a
minimum age of 22 years (waived
only in exceptional
circumstances). We encourage high
school leavers to gain work
experience and, if possible, a
professional or trade
qualification, before entry;
- ability
to pay fees for the first year of
study;
- a
medical certificate and health
questionnaire indicating good
general health (form provided by
the College);
- for
students whose first language is
not English, a copy of an
International English Language
Testing System (IELTS) test is
essential with application;
- academic
prerequisites as required for
Australian College of Theology
courses.
