Before studying at SMBC Sue taught science, ESL and worked as the education officer for the NSW Blood Bank. Since graduating in 2000, she has been involved in full time ministry to women, children, and overseas students at Randwick Presbyterian Church and has completed her Masters studies in early Church History at Macquarie University.
