| The
Southwest College of Christian
Ministry (SCCM) was established by SMBC and
Broughton Anglican College in 1999
to facilitate Bible Courses to the
South West region of Sydney.
Its
aim is to provide Bible courses to
better equip and enable people for
more effective ministry in this
growing region.
The
College is evangelical and
interdenominational, drawing from a
range of Church backgrounds and
ministry experiences.
Certificates
SCCM
offers
Certificate
in Biblical Studies to students who:
- participate
in the optional assignment
attached to each course and
- who
successfully complete assignment
work for any six core subjects
plus any six non core subjects
Core
subjects include such courses as:
Old
Testament Overview;
How
to Understand the Bible;
Genesis
1-11,
Romans1-8;
Romans
9-16;
Know
What You Believe
Non-Core
subjects vary in selection from
year to year.
